We are looking for a Waitress for restaurants located in InterContinental Doha The City hotel. This role is essential for ensuring diners have a positive and memorable experience at our food establishments through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests warmly and taking their drink and food orders
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area, ensuring a pleasant dining experience
- Delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the correct tables in a timely manner
- Ensuring that food orders are prepared correctly by kitchen staff and presented beautifully for guests
- Adhering to health code standards with regards to the handling and serving of food
- Performing shift duties such as delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables, and removing debris
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Providing recommendations and answering any questions from guests about the menu
Requirements:
- Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
- Flexible work hours.
- Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Minimum experience – 2 years
