We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. In addition to front desk duties, the receptionist will also support the administrative department, including assisting in the distribution of purchase orders and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy and presentable condition.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist the admin department in distributing purchase orders and other documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
