We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via online chat and call support. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, provide accurate information, and promote company services when needed.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or phone.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM platforms.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary.
- Promote and upsell products and services when opportunities arise.
- Assist in training new team members and contribute to knowledge base articles.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, call centers, or help desk roles preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if required.
