Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team immediately. This role is open exclusively to Arab Nationals currently residing in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, exceptional attention to detail, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management, supporting the overall functionality of the organization through effective data handling and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage data with precision, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process high volumes of data quickly and effectively to meet organizational requirements.
- Regularly update and maintain company databases, ensuring they remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate and format reports as requested, ensuring data is presented in a clear and organized manner.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data tasks are completed on time and aligned with company standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- Mandatory 2-3 years of professional experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Must be a local hire in Qatar, possessing a valid QID and NOC.
- Open to Arab Nationalities only, reflecting the role’s specific requirements.
