Job Title: Accountant with Tally & Basic HR Experience

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Accountant with expertise in Tally software and a basic understanding of HR processes to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounting tasks using Tally software, including financial records, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as required.
- Manage payroll processing and basic HR-related tasks, such as employee attendance and record-keeping.
- Support the HR team in routine tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience with Tally software and basic knowledge of HR processes is required.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical abilities to ensure accurate financial records.
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: QAR 4,000 per month.
- Work Hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Day Off: Fridays only.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Sales Manager with a strong background in book sales or publishing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in book distribution and sales, particularly in external sales, with a focus on working with libraries and publishing houses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for book distribution, targeting libraries and publishing houses.
- Manage external sales operations and build strong client relationships with libraries and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities within the publishing sector and establish connections to expand the company’s reach.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and report on key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, specifically in book publishing or distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the external sales domain.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with exceptional experience.
