💼 Position: Security Officer
Job Type: Full-time – Permanent
🛡️ Job Objective:
To ensure the protection of individuals and property by implementing security procedures, continuous monitoring, and immediate response to any threats or irregularities.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols within and around the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and report any suspicious or unusual activity.
- Inspect buildings, entrances, equipment, and critical access points to ensure safety and functionality.
- Authorize entry only to individuals with proper identification.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and record all entries and exits.
- Report any irregularities, malfunctions, or suspicious incidents immediately.
- Activate alarm systems and request emergency or security support when necessary.
- Respond professionally and safely to inquiries from staff and visitors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity while performing duties.
🧾 Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
- Previous experience in security or guarding is an advantage.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act quickly and make decisions in emergency situations.
- Commitment to wearing the uniform and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
