We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Call Center Agent to join our growing customer service team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally, and experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.

This position requires individuals who are fluent in both Arabic and English and capable of providing high-quality support to customers while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
  • Must hold a valid Qatar ID (QID)
  • Immediate joining is required
  • Age below 35 years
  • Candidates must have Freelance visa or Family visa

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Maintain proper call records and customer interaction reports
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
