Key Responsibilities:
- Passenger Assistance:
- Support passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures, ensuring their journey is seamless and stress-free.
- Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions promptly.
- Luggage Handling:
- Manage luggage operations, including tagging, loading, and unloading, in line with airline guidelines.
- Ensure all safety and handling protocols are strictly followed.
- Information and Guidance:
- Offer clear and accurate directions within the airport, helping passengers locate check-in counters, boarding gates, and other facilities.
- Provide updates on flight schedules, gate changes, and other important information.
- Security and Compliance:
- Maintain strict adherence to security procedures, ensuring passenger safety at all times.
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with airport and airline standards.
- Coordination with Teams:
- Work collaboratively with various airport departments, including baggage handling, security, and customer service teams, to optimize efficiency.
- Assist in managing disruptions such as flight delays or cancellations, ensuring minimal inconvenience to passengers.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory. - Communication Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. - Customer Service:
A friendly, approachable demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Flexibility:
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight schedules. - Physical Requirements:
Adequate physical stamina to lift, move, and handle heavy luggage as part of the job. - Experience:
Prior experience in airport operations, aviation, or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
