โจ Position Overview
The Uniform Assistant supports all operational activities related to receiving, storing, maintaining, and issuing employee uniform items. The role ensures uniforms are handled, stored, and distributed according to company standards while maintaining accurate inventory and condition control.

๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
The role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Assist in loading and unloading uniform items and supplies from vehicles.
- Inspect incoming deliveries and distribute items to designated storage locations.
- Store and arrange uniforms according to inventory systems and storage plans.
- Participate in stock counts and conduct routine inventory condition checks.
- Maintain neat, organized, and systematic uniform storage areas.
- Support uniform issuance operations by supplying correct items to the counter team.
- Prepare uniform issuance areas in advance for new employees.
- Ensure uniforms are protected from environmental damage and monitored regularly.
- Report damages or maintenance issues and suggest storage improvements.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure timely uniform availability.
- Maintain records of returned uniforms and manage outstation dispatch coordination.
- Assist in disposal processes for obsolete uniform items with proper documentation.
- Support administrative and daily operational tasks within the uniform section.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the department head.
๐ Qualifications & Requirements
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
- High School qualification minimum.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in customer service or direct staff interaction.
- Experience in textile, garment, or clothing environments is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Physical ability to handle stock, boxes, and materials.
