Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our growing Banking & Insurance team in Qatar. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance and financial products through outbound calls while consistently meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build trust with customers in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Present and clearly explain insurance and banking products, features, and benefits
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately record and update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
- Provide high-quality customer support before, during, and after the sales process
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to candidates of any nationality
- Male and female applicants are welcome
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Must hold a valid Qatar Residence Permit (QID)

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, banking, or insurance sales
