In support of the State’s efforts to organize the FIFA Arab Cup 2025, and based on the high competence and extensive experience of Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) volunteers in assisting major national and international events, we are pleased to invite you to participate in an exceptional field mission as part of the:
Security and Safety Guide Teams
This will take place during the tournament matches, held from 1 to 18 December 2025, across several approved stadiums and sports facilities.
Mission Objectives:
- Support the State’s efforts in organizing and ensuring the success of this major sporting event.
- Promote the culture of volunteering and social responsibility.
- Present an honorable image of volunteers to both local and international guests of the tournament.
Mission Details:
Volunteer Title: Security and Safety Guide
Implementation Period: 1–18 December 2025
Location: Tournament stadiums and related facilities
Required Volunteers: 3,000 male and female volunteers
Target Group: Qatari citizens and residents
Age Group: 18–45 years old
Main Tasks:
- Organize the entry and exit of spectators.
- Ensure compliance with security instructions.
- Assist the audience within the stands.
- Intervene during emergencies or crowd situations.
Requirements and Conditions:
- Proficiency in one or more languages (Arabic and English required; a third language is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with the public.
- Possession of security awareness and physical fitness.
- Full adherence to the official uniform assigned for the mission.
- Strict prohibition on giving media statements (TV, radio, press, social media, influencers, etc.).
- Good conduct and character.
- Passing a background security check (no criminal record) and Ministry of Interior clearance, if applicable.
- Commitment to the code of conduct and approved regulations during the mission period.
