๐จ Position: Housing & Hospitality Officer โ Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC)
๐ฏ Job Objective
To support Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in providing a high-quality living environment for all guests at the Medical City Hotel and for staff members in housing and recreation facilities. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and supervising accommodation and hospitality operations while ensuring top standards of comfort, cleanliness, and safety across all facilities.
๐งพ Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage room allocations for guests and staff at the hotel and housing facilities.
- Supervise check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and recreation facilities to maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, and Transportation departments to deliver consistent and high-quality services.
- Maintain updated occupancy reports and housing databases for management use.
- Handle incidents or complaints promptly and prepare relevant reports for management.
- Ensure full compliance with HMCโs health, safety, and quality standards.
- Work on a rotational shift basis (24/7, including weekends and holidays) to ensure continuous service coverage.
๐ Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- 4 years of experience in the hospitality or hotel industry, including at least 3 years in one of the following areas:
- Reservations
- Guest Relations
- Food & Beverage
- Front Office Operations
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems such as Opera or Fidelio.
