We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and well-presented female sales associate to join a stylish Abaya and Jalabiya boutique located in Aziziya. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for fashion, sales, and social media, and must be able to engage confidently with customers both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection in a friendly and professional manner.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of abayas, jalabiyas, and traditional women’s wear.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Create engaging photos and short videos showcasing products for social media.
• Conduct live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to promote new arrivals and special offers.
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with an Arab nationality (Moroccan or Syrian nationality preferred).
• Previous experience in fashion retail or sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand online.
• Creativity and confidence in using social media marketing tools.
• Availability to work full-time and stay in the shop during working hours.
