Position: Customer Service Representative for a Service Application
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints via phone calls or chat.
- Ability to persuade customers when complaints are raised about the level of service, ensuring quick and professional responses.
Requirements:
- The candidate must currently reside in Qatar and be of Sudanese nationality.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, in addition to Qatari or Gulf dialect is essential. (Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.)
- The applicant must be born in Qatar or Saudi Arabia, or have a strong understanding of Gulf culture in general. (Non-compliant candidates will not be accepted.)
- Computer skills: Data entry and familiarity with customer service applications.
- Must have access to a personal computer and stable internet connection.
- Previous experience in customer service (preferably within Qatar or the Gulf) is preferred.
