Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Keeper to join our team at Bershka, Doha Festival City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining stock levels in the store warehouse. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability, supporting sales teams, and maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classify and store items in the warehouse daily, according to established procedures and product characteristics, to ensure quick and easy retrieval.
- Tag merchandise accurately and systematically to maintain consistent tracking and visibility of inventory.
- Receive incoming stock, verify quantity both physically and electronically, inspect quality, and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and report end-of-day stock status to the Shop Manager.
- Assist sales staff in replenishing shelves to ensure product availability at all times.
- Support periodic stock counts and participate in annual physical inventory processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in stock keeping, warehousing, or retail inventory management is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and electronic inventory tools.
- Attention to Detail: Level 2 – Able to spot inconsistencies and maintain high accuracy.
- Teamwork: Level 1 – Cooperates effectively with colleagues.
- Customer Focus: Level 1 – Supports internal and external customer needs efficiently.
