💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information about the school, schedules, events, and policies
- Maintain and update student records and documentation as needed
- Support administrative staff with general office tasks
- Resolve complaints or issues calmly and effectively, escalating when necessary
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and organized
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferably in a school or educational setting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
