1️⃣ Security Guard Supervisor
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate security guards to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare schedules and assign duties among team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security protocols.
- Provide regular reports on security incidents and measures taken.
- Handle emergency situations and take appropriate action.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security supervision.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Basic computer skills for security reporting.
2️⃣ Security Guards
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
- Protect company premises and ensure the safety of individuals.
- Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
- Conduct security inspections as required.
- Report any suspicious activity or security violations.
- Coordinate with other teams to enforce safety policies.
- Respond to emergencies and act promptly.
🔹 Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in security services.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in different conditions.
- Strong commitment and discipline at work.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
