We are seeking experienced and reliable Female/Male Security Guards to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of security protocols and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors, to deter and detect any security breaches or suspicious activity.
- Control access to the property, verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any alerts or incidents.
- Enforce company policies and security procedures, addressing violations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and security activities.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing assistance and following established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding security matters.
- Assist visitors with inquiries and provide directions as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Be able to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Security Guard.
- Must have experience working in GCC Countries.
- Must currently reside in Doha, Qatar.
- Strong understanding of security procedures and protocols.
- Excellent observation and situational awareness skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Physically fit and capable of performing patrol duties.
- Basic computer literacy may be beneficial.
- Valid security license or certification (if required by local regulations).
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency a plus).
- Must have NOC/Freelancer Visa are welcome
