Job Title: Security Guard / Security Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrolling and Monitoring:
- Conduct regular patrols around the company premises to ensure safety and prevent criminal activities.
- Monitor activities to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
- Access Control:
- Manage and regulate the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify identification and credentials as per protocols.
- Incident Response:
- Respond promptly to any unexpected incidents or suspicious activities.
- Evict trespassers or violators and follow legal protocols until law enforcement arrives.
- Surveillance Monitoring:
- Observe surveillance cameras to detect any unlawful or suspicious activities.
- Reporting:
- Provide detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and irregularities to management.
- Security Systems Testing:
- Ensure all security systems, such as alarms and cameras, are functioning effectively.
- First Aid & CPR:
- Perform first aid or CPR when needed in emergencies.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position (Security Guard or similar role).
- Education:
- Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Availability:
- Must be ready to join immediately.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect unusual or suspicious behavior.
- Ability to handle emergencies and remain calm under pressure.
Job Type & Compensation:
- Job Type:
- Full-time, Permanent.
- Salary:
- QAR 1,500 to QAR 2,000 per month.
