Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to support our daily office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, effective coordination, accurate record-keeping, and professional internal and external communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Handle documentation, filing systems, and record maintenance (physical & digital).
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities.
  • Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Support management and departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong command of Arabic and English (written & spoken).
  • Educational background or strong interest in Business Administration / Management or related fields.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and document control systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional attitude with problem-solving skills.
