Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to support our daily office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, effective coordination, accurate record-keeping, and professional internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Handle documentation, filing systems, and record maintenance (physical & digital).
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities.
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Support management and departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong command of Arabic and English (written & spoken).
- Educational background or strong interest in Business Administration / Management or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and document control systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude with problem-solving skills.
