- Responsible for managing and overseeing the hotel’s purchasing needs.

- Guest Arrival Expert
- Welcomes guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
- Provides exceptional service to ensure guests have a smooth check-in experience.
- Assists with luggage handling and orientation upon arrival.
- Room Attendant / Guest Service Supervisor
- Supervises the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms.
- Ensures that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
- Coordinates with the guest services department to resolve any guest inquiries related to room cleanliness and comfort.
- Guest Experience Expert
- Dedicated to ensuring that all guests have an exceptional and personalized experience during their stay.
- Handles guest complaints and resolves issues promptly and professionally.
- Works with other departments to deliver seamless service to guests.
- Hotel Housekeeping Expert
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel.

- Assistant Marketing Manager
- Assists with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase hotel brand awareness.

- Responsible for the general maintenance and repair of hotel facilities.

- Ensures that all HVAC systems in the hotel are working efficiently.
