Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns promptly, accurately, and courteously
- Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
- Log all interactions in the system and follow up when necessary
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to team targets
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role

Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to deliver excellent service within defined policies and workflows

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tagalog

Professional demeanor, patience, and a customer-first mindset

Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays

Computer literacy and familiarity with customer support software is a plus
