Job Title: Call Center Agent (Female)
Department: Call Center – Reception
Direct Supervisor: Marketing Manager / Center Manager
Job Objective:
To handle incoming and outgoing calls, schedule appointments, provide patients with necessary information, and transfer calls to the concerned departments in a professional and prompt manner to ensure patient satisfaction and the highest level of service quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls from patients and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule patient appointments accurately according to doctor and clinic availability.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or staff upon request.
- Provide patients with accurate information about doctors, specialties, working hours, and available services.
- Follow up on confirmed or rescheduled appointments and update the electronic system accordingly.
- Receive initial complaints or feedback from patients and escalate them to the concerned management.
- Maintain the confidentiality of patient information and records.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Use booking and communication systems efficiently and professionally.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management within the scope of work.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma minimum (university degree is preferred).
- Previous experience in a call center, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with patients.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Good knowledge of computer systems, booking software, and social media platforms.
