Senior Procurement Engineer
Job Description

About The Role:
- Preparation and issuance of the prequalification dossier for Supplier (Material Supply) and Subcontractor (Services) for all project and proposal-related requirements of T.EN.
- Review and understand of Scope of Work, Material Requisition and similar documents in order to prepare for the tendering stage of the material/service requirement.
- Preparation of Bidder List and Single Source Justification (if needed) prior to tendering of the material/service requirement.
- Issuance of Invitation to bid, Request for Quotation and Request for Information.
- Expedite and follow up on proposal, offer and quotation issued.
- Coordination with Engineering, Project, Cost and Planning departments on the technical review and commercial review of the offer.
- Preparation of commercial clarification queries and close out with all the bidders.
- Wth the support and guidance of the Head of Procurement & Subcontract, negotiate and close out all commercial clarifications with bidders.
- Preparation of Award Recommendation and Commercial Bid Tabulation.
- Preparation of Purchase Order / Service Order / Subcontract and Transport Service Order in both ERP system and Contract template.
- Facilitate Kick Off Meeting, Expediting Meeting and Coordination with Vendor, Project and Engineering.
- Monitoring and Review of claims, potential claims, back charges and liquidated damages with all ongoing PO, SO, Subcontract and TSO issued.
- Close out of PO, SO, Subcontract and TSO and evaluation of suppliers and subcontractor.
- Invoicing and milestone payment handling.
- Preparation and inputs to Procurement Reporting and KPI.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in Procurement and/or Sub-contracting related to Oil & Gas sector.
- Extensive knowledge in commodities and supplier (services and materials) related to oil & gas EPC project.
- Knowledgeable in P2P ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

3. Negotiation Skills:
- Commercial Negotiations: Ability to negotiate and close out commercial terms with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring the best value for the organization.
- Contract Management: Experience with preparing and managing contracts, ensuring compliance and clear terms during the project lifecycle.
4. ERP & Data Management:
- Proficiency in ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle to manage procurement processes (P2P cycle) and track orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to prepare procurement reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights into procurement performance and supplier evaluations.
5. Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and lead coordination efforts across multiple departments.
- Vendor Relations: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring continued quality and timely delivery of materials and services.

Process Engineer
Job Description
We are currently seeking Process Engineers, to join the team based in Doha, Qatar.
About The Role:
- Develop and document design basis
- Carry out process studies under supervision
- Evaluate and optimize process schemes
- Preparing heat and material balances and associated Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
- Preparing and modifying Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Experience with process simulation software (i.e., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, ProII, etc.)
- Sizing, selecting, and specifying process equipment (i.e., pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, columns, etc.)
- Experience in carrying out surge studies using Pipenet Transient is a MUST.
- Input into material selection
- Carry out complex hydraulic calculations
- Experience sizing, selecting, and specifying pressure relief devices
- Familiarity with the sizing, selection and specification of process instrumentation
- Provide assistance to the Senior / Lead Engineer, as requested, in the areas of schedules, estimates, progress reports, meetings, procurement, activities etc.
- Exhibit thorough understanding of pertinent codes and governing regulations and industry practices, etc.
- Assist, as required, in the development of department standards and procedures.
- Assist with Quality Audits .
- Field experience including troubleshooting, start-up, commissioning, etc. would be a plus.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of chemical process engineering experience in similar EPC environment for Onshore / Offshore projects.
