Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the recruitment team in facilitating the hiring process.
Responsibilities include coordinating candidate interviews, managing the seamless experience of international and local job
applicants from application to onboarding, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment operations.
Experience & Skills
-Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of Qatari Labor Law and regulations.

CHIEF ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (PAYABLES)
Primary purpose of job
Prepares various management information system (MIS) reports related to sales & receivables by skillfully analyzing,
evaluating & synthesizing the data & information available in accounting system in order to share such reports with other
concerned sections such as DP reporting Group, Consolidation / Ledger Group and also to represent such reports to
management for evaluating performance & decision making.
Maintains optimum job workflow in the Sales & Receivables section under the guidance of Head & Accountants of the
Section. Takes a lead role in providing ideas, findings & other information for improving current systems to enhance the
efficiency & effectiveness of service delivery in the section.
Experience & Skills
– 8 years experience in Accounting & Finance function with MS Office skills.
- Preferably experience in Oil and Gas industry.
- Good communication skills, good clerical skills and basic analytical accountancy skills.
- Able to prioritize workload in addition to having organizational and time management skills
- Standard computer skills and knowledge of SAP or similar advanced ERP systems.
- Accounting & Financial Expertise
- 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance, demonstrating a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounts payable processes.
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry (preferred): Knowledge of the specific accounting and financial practices in the oil and gas sector is highly beneficial.

HEAD, PORT REGULATIONS
Primary purpose of job
Manage the development and enforcement of port regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant national, regional and
international maritime laws, conventions and regulations. Responsible for port safety and security within port boundaries;
and interfacing with relevant QatarEnergy departments.
Experience & Skills
1. Command experience preferable. Minimum 15 years maritime experience with 5 years experience in management role in
various maritime or port positions.
2. Required to have extensive knowledge of International Maritime Conventions (SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, etc.). marine
legislation, seaport rules, regulations, policies, practices and procedures pertaining to vessel movements and cargo
operations activities.
3. Ability to work independently as a leader in introducing innovative solutions as well as ability to work as a team member.
Mature and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
Education
Intenationally recognised senior maritime qualification or degree in Transport / Maritime Studies preferably with post
graduate qualifications in Maritime Law
Primary purpose of job
1. Undertake the defined routines in the Fire Station during the shift to ensure operational readiness to respond to
incidents.
2. Respond to incidents and assume the role of QP Lead Fire Officer until relieved by a more senior officer.

EQUIPMENT & LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Primary purpose of job
Program and coordinate the drilling and completion equipment, and services for drilling (or workover) operations to ensure
that the equipment is ordered and available for the drilling (or workover) rig when required.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 8 years of exposure to drilling operations with experience gained in an operating Company or a major equipment
or material vendor or service company.
Education
BSc Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
Attendance of courses related to drilling equipment/materials and application.
CHIEF PERSONAL ASSISTANT I
Primary purpose of job
To manage and run the secretarial, clerical and administrative type activities of the Surface Development Directorate.
Serve as the liaison officer between VS departments and other QatarEnergy departments.
Experience & Skills
Good Level of proficiency in English and Arabic Language both written and verbal.
Good proficiency in MS office, Intranet, and other standard office applications.
