Job Opening: Temporary Call Center Agent (Arabic Speaker – Male)
Location: The Pearl, Qatar
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Nationality: Arabic
Languages: Arabic & English (Fluent – Spoken & Written)
Free Visa | Valid QID Mandatory
We are urgently hiring a Male Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent for a 6-month temporary role. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, possess previous call center experience, and be available to work from The Pearl, Qatar.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center environment
- Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM and call center software
- Excellent customer service, communication, and email writing skills
- Adheres to hygiene and grooming standards
- Strong problem-solving skills in handling customer queries
Note: Physical attendance at The Pearl Call Center Office is mandatory.
