We are looking for a Senior Engineer – CAD 3D Administrator for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Qatar

Duration: Long Term (Permanent)

Mandatory: Offshore Fixed Platform Experience

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Engineering Degree
  • Smart 3D Software (S3D)
  • Navisworks Minimum 12 years of S3D Administration
  • Working Experience with Oil and Gas Engineering Companies is mandatory
  • Minimum 12 yrs. of experience in Administration, Customization and user support of Smart 3D.
  • Knowledge of VB (.NET) programming, Integration & correlation with SPP&ID experience with SPF will be added advantage.

Activities

  • CAD 3D Administration using Smart 3D software – for Offshore Oil & Gas Fixed Platform projects.

Technical Skills

  1. Advanced CAD Software Proficiency: Expertise in software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Revit.
  2. 3D Modeling: Strong capability in creating and modifying 3D models and assemblies.
  3. Data Management: Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and PDM (Product Data Management) systems.
  4. Scripting and Automation: Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) to automate tasks and improve workflows.
  5. Technical Standards Compliance: Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to CAD design.

Principal Engineer – Piping Flexibility

We are looking for a Principal Engineer – Piping Flexibility for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Qatar.

Duration: Long Term (Permanent)

Mandatory: Offshore Fixed Platform Experience

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Engineering Degree
  • Piping – Stress & Support
  • Microsoft Excel, Words, working knowledge is required
  • Minimum 12 years of piping flexibility analysis using CAESAR software
  • Good knowledge and experience (min. 12 years) of piping flexibility analysis using CAESAR software.
  • Good knowledge and experience of pipe supporting activity required.
  • Oil & Gas and/or Offshore Fixed Platform project experience and/or Gulf client experience (like Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, Qatar Energy) preferred

Activities

Senior Reservoir Engineer, RMO

We are looking for a Senior Reservoir Engineer, RMO or one of our clients with the following details:

End date : 31 Dec 2025

Location : Doha Qatar

Qualifications And Experience Required

  • 10+ years of experience within a subsurface organization (operating company)
  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably Master’s degree (in a RE / PE subject)

Profile Required

  • In-depth understanding of Reservoir Management and surveillance processes
  • Proven track record of maximising value in complex carbonate fields
  • Reservoir and geoscience working experience in an operated asset
  • Proficiency in Pressure Transient Analysis
  • Affinity towards implementation of Digital and AI Solutions is highly desired
  • Strong experience on reservoir dynamic modeling (Eclipse/IX) and model history matching
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail oriented with bias to action
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multidisciplinary teams and entities
  • Ability to influence business decision making

Activities

  • Perform detailed wells performance analysis and postmortem synthesis
  • Perform subsurface studies to improve production and injection (slugging, decline analysis, stabilization analysis, GL optimization, Tubing Upgrades, Re-drills, ..etc)
  • Perform simulation studies using Full Field Models to define optimum injection (Water and WAG), short term forecasting, and voidage replacement improvement
  • Use of IX and 4D Seismic to identify optimum zonal shifting and injection schemes to increase sweep efficiency
  • Use of of segmented well modelling (IX) both in Full Field and Single Well Models to optimize and design re-drill wells
  • Perform simulation studies to define optimum injection (water and WAG), short term forecasting, and voidage replacement improvement
  • Lead identifying and prioritizing reservoir surveillance plans, and ensure close follow-up
  • Lead opportunities identification, ranking and maturation (Workovers “WO”, Stimulation, ..etc) until FID for Deep Red rills, Workovers and other opportunities
  • Support light workovers maturation (tubing change-out) until final Statement of Requirements (SOR)
  • Maintain and close follow-up of RMO opportunities hopper
  • Support WAG cycles optimization, execution, and follow-up
  • Contribute to the generation of the yearly reservoir management plans and ensure their execution
  • Consolidate and present the reservoir quarterly Reservoir Management reviews to shareholders
  • Perform decline curve analysis and generate the monthly unconstrained profiles for the rolling forecast
  • Define completion strategies for re-drill and WO wells supported by simulation studies
  • Support the New Well Delivery teams all along the WO’s SOR process
  • Document performed studies with technical reports and presentations
  • Coach young professionals.

Technical Skills
