Main duties include:
- Provide technical support through diagnostic techniques and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Manage issues throughout the lifecycle, beginning from the first point of contact until it is resolved.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure there are no breaches.
- Performs regular updates of the IT Asset Management system to ensure all IT assets are properly reordered issued and updated as and when required.
- Management of stock replenishment, getting quotations and performing delivery coordination with all our device suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for the follow up on IT supplies of hardware, software and end user computer accessories.
- Installing, upgrading, supporting and resolving issues relating to PCs or laptops, printers, scanners, phones etc.
- Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Amiri Flight.
- Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures regarding the use, processing, disclosure and security of any information (in any form) and ensure that all staff under direct supervision are aware of and comply.
- Ensure the confidentiality, security and protection of all information handled in the course of duties is maintained at all times from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, disruption, deletion/destruction, corruption, modification, inspection or recording.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Diploma in IT.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Preferred)
- IT Certification in MCP/MCSE or ITIL.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in Desktop / Help Desk Support

Project Coordinator
About the role
The Project Coordinator works with various members of the project team and the client to develop a time line, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time. He/She utilizes spreadsheets to track budgets, dates, and other information
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate work permits, invoices, logistics, and documentation for suppliers and contractors on each project.
- Manage small scale projects such as promotional areas and soft-personalization.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate with all team members to keep the workflow on track.
- Coordinate project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored. Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
- Adhere to the budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Support the project team through the effective coordination between all entities involved in the project portfolio.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the activities, resources and information necessary for successful progression of projects are captured and reported as required.
- Review project documents, drawing submissions and communicate required changes or other comments of note.
- Develop and track project schedules to monitor milestones and alert the Project Manager and respective stakeholders of any deviation from expected delivery.
- Ensure timely shipping, clearance and delivery of joinery/equipment so as to avoid demurrage charges and minimise loss.
- Reconcile invoices and payments, record it to ensure timely and accurate management in conjunction with Project Manager and Finance.
- Attend/represent the project management team at contractor/brand meetings, capturing key information and / or minutes as required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors, clients, stakeholders, providing timely information and problem resolution.
- Coordinate key activities such as stocks delivery, and merchandising arrangement with operations prior to the shop opening.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

- Aviation industry work experience.
- Working proficiency in MS Excel, presentations and reporting.

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong knowledge of aircrafts with their capacities and limitations along with ULDs that can be used on a particular aircraft to achieve maximum loads is an added advantage.
