Job Location : DFC

Duration :12 Months renewable

Age :25-35

Arabic & English speaking

Working days 6 days/week (Shift basis), 12 hrs/day

Salary QR 3000/- (Full package)

Preferred Height -6ft for male & 5.8 ft for female

Experience-Min 2 year (Military services acceptable)

  • Responding to Alarms or Emergencies: Reacting quickly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances, often working with law enforcement or emergency services.
  • Crowd Control: Managing and maintaining order during events, public gatherings, or emergencies.

3. Enforcing Policies

  • Ensuring Rules and Regulations Compliance: Enforcing the rules of the property or organization, such as workplace policies, safety protocols, or building regulations.
  • Conflict Resolution: De-escalating disputes or potential threats to ensure the safety of all parties involved.

4. Reporting

  • Documentation: Writing detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations during their shifts.
  • Incident Reporting: Reporting security breaches, emergencies, and other incidents to supervisors or authorities.

5. Customer Service

  • Providing Assistance: Helping visitors or staff by giving directions, answering questions, or providing aid when necessary.
  • Escorting Individuals: Providing escorts for employees or visitors in potentially unsafe situations, such as late-night walks to their cars.

6. Crisis Management

  • First Aid or Emergency Response: Administering basic first aid if needed or directing emergency services during critical incidents.
  • Evacuation Management: Leading or assisting with building evacuations during fires, natural disasters, or other emergencies.

The role of a security guard requires vigilance, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
