We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Call Center Agent with a strong background in Corporate Banking to join our growing team in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering tailored financial solutions to corporate clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our corporate customer base, strengthening long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our corporate banking division.
Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent – Corporate Banking, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new corporate clients to support business expansion. You will actively engage with decision-makers, conduct regular follow-ups, and maintain strong professional relationships through both remote communication and face-to-face meetings.
You will promote and sell a range of corporate banking products and services, including loans, credit facilities, cash management solutions, and customized financial offerings designed to meet the specific needs of each client. A core part of your role will involve conducting detailed financial needs assessments to ensure that the solutions provided align with the client’s business objectives.
In addition, you will be expected to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management. Staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments is essential, as you will use this knowledge to provide value-added insights to clients and support strategic decision-making within the corporate banking team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate banking within Qatar only (minimum of 1 year – mandatory)
- Transferable QID is required
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, manage targets, and perform in a results-driven environment
