The Open Doors: Russian Scholarship Project is now welcoming applications for the 2025โ2026 academic season. This prestigious international scholarship program offers talented students from around the world the opportunity to pursue Bachelorโs, Masterโs, PhD, and Post-Doctoral studies at leading Russian universities โ fully funded.
This program is organized by the Association of Global Universities, in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and Rossotrudnichestvo.

There is no application fee, and the entire process is conducted 100% online.
