🎯 Job Purpose
The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently operating company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and visitors within and outside airport areas. The role requires full compliance with company safety procedures, transport schedules, and delivering professional customer service at all times to represent the company’s high standards.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles (buses, vans, cars, or specialized vehicles) in full compliance with traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Transport staff, clients, passengers, or visitors along assigned routes and schedules.
- Adhere strictly to timing requirements to prevent delays, especially for time-sensitive operations such as airport or logistics transfers.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and overall cleanliness) to ensure vehicles are in safe working condition.
- Immediately report any vehicle defects, incidents, or accidents to the Supervisor or Fleet Coordinator.
- Follow designated routes and operational instructions for safe and efficient transportation.
- Assist passengers with luggage loading/unloading or boarding when needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Accurately complete vehicle logbooks, trip sheets, and any other required documentation.
🧾 Required Qualifications & Skills
- High school certificate or Diploma.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional driving experience.
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Qatar’s traffic regulations and main city routes.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adhere to schedules.
- Valid Qatari driving license (light or heavy, depending on vehicle type).
