We are looking for an Electronic Payment Systems Officer to join our team in Port Sudan.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking sector (preferably in electronic payment systems).
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken) for direct communication with international partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• General knowledge of card operations (issuance, renewal, and lifecycle management).
• Experience in preparing financial reconciliations and daily settlement reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer and operational issues.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and issue electronic payment cards (new issuance, renewals, PIN reissues).
• Monitor daily settlement processes and prepare required reports.
• Oversee customer alerts (SMS/Email) and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Contribute to enhancing customer experience across electronic payment systems.
• Support deployment and maintenance of POS devices and assist merchants when needed.
• Handle and resolve disputes effectively in line with internal policies.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
