🎓 1. Computer Science Lecturer (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Position Summary:
Deliver high-quality teaching to students enrolled in the International Foundation Program. Engage students with practical and theoretical knowledge of computing and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Computer Science modules based on the provided curriculum and academic calendar.
- Design lesson plans, schemes of work, and course handbooks.
- Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
- Support students with academic guidance and mentorship.
- Take attendance and report student progress to the Academic Head.
📝 2. English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Lecturer (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Position Summary:
Support students in developing the academic English skills required for university success. Teach reading, writing, listening, speaking, and research skills within an academic context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging EAP sessions based on the IFY/NCC curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans and evaluation methods aligned with learning objectives.
- Provide feedback and academic writing support.
- Facilitate workshops and tutorials to enhance language proficiency.
- Monitor student attendance and academic performance.
🎨 3. Art and Design Lecturer (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Position Summary:
Guide students through the fundamentals of creative practice, visual communication, and portfolio development in preparation for undergraduate studies in Art & Design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach design principles, digital tools, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Develop creative briefs and structured studio sessions.
- Encourage students to build personal artistic portfolios.
- Foster critical thinking and constructive peer feedback.
- Maintain student attendance and progress reports.
💼 4. Finance and Accounting Lecturer (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Position Summary:
Instruct students in core principles of financial management, accounting practices, and business mathematics, preparing them for entry into undergraduate business programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach finance and accounting modules aligned with IFY/NCC standards.
- Design lesson plans and maintain course documentation.
- Evaluate student understanding through tests, reports, and presentations.
- Provide academic guidance and career-related advice.
- Ensure accurate attendance tracking and student feedback.
📌 General Duties for All Positions:
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and schemes of work.
- Develop a course handbook covering learning outcomes, assessments, and weekly breakdowns.
- Act as a tutor/co-tutor, providing academic and pastoral support.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality assurance reviews.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Academics or Principal.
