Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Inputting and updating data accurately in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel spreadsheets, and other business software tools.
- Conducting routine checks for data integrity, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
- Managing, maintaining, and optimizing company database systems on a regular basis.
- Extracting and generating reports, summaries, and insights from stored data as required by management.
- Preparing, sorting, classifying, and verifying incoming data and documents for entry.
- Identifying and resolving errors, duplicates, or data discrepancies, ensuring clean and reliable records.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, IT, Finance) to ensure unified data processes and standards.
- Supporting the development of documentation and data process manuals when necessary.
- Assisting with various administrative and clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and email correspondence.
- Ensuring strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Participating in data audits and clean-up activities as directed.
- Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in data entry, administration, or database maintenance roles.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage.
