🔸 Your Role Will Include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors warmly as the first point of contact
- Answering incoming calls and handling basic inquiries
- Managing appointments and general administrative support
- Helping maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
- Collaborating with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations
