Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our accommodation facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and ensuring the well- being of residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol premises regularly to maintain a secure environment
Control entry and exit points; verify identity of visitors and residents
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies
Report suspicious activity or security breaches
Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and visitor logs
Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times
Salary : will be based on experience ( accommodation provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR1,500.00 – QAR2,000.00 per month
🔐 Primary Duties of a Security Guard
- Surveillance and Monitoring
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
- Patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Access Control
- Check IDs, permits, or authorization for entry.
- Maintain visitor and employee logs.
- Incident Response
- Respond quickly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances.
- Report suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Safety Enforcement
- Enforce rules and regulations on the property.
- Ensure that fire exits, doors, and equipment are not obstructed.
- Reporting
- Write detailed daily activity and incident reports.
- Report any thefts, accidents, or safety violations to the supervisor or authorities.
- Customer Service
- Provide directions or assistance to visitors and employees.
- Act as a point of contact in case of emergencies.
- Emergency Assistance
- Assist in evacuations and emergency drills.
- Administer basic first aid if trained.
- Preventive Measures
- Detect and report maintenance issues (broken lights, locks, etc.).
- Deter unauthorized access by maintaining a visible presence.
