Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Trolley Boy to assist customers with their groceries, and merchandise at our establishment. The Trolley Boy will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to all customers.
Job Responsibility:
– Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
– Assist customers with their groceries, and merchandise, including loading and unloading items from trolleys.
– Ensure that all items / merchandise is handled safely and securely. – Maintain a clean and organized trolley area.
– Provide directions and information to customers as needed.
– Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Skills
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
-Customer-focused with a positive attitude. – Ability to work well in a team environment.
