Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Male Security Guard holding a MOI license to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees and customers by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to security incidents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security patrols to detect any potential security threats.
- Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Control access points, allowing only authorized individuals to enter.
- Respond to alarms and investigate any disturbances or suspicious activities.
- Write daily security reports, documenting incidents such as property damage, theft, or unauthorized presence.
- Warn violators of rule infractions and take necessary action when required.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and ensure public safety.
- Implement loss prevention techniques and collaborate with law enforcement in case of theft or vandalism.
Requirements:
✅ MOI License Holder (Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
✅ Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and security systems.
✅ Knowledge of First Aid & CPR procedures is a plus.
✅ Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
✅ Ability to work under high-pressure situations.
✅ Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and security regulations in Qatar.
✅ Security certification is an added advantage.
✅ Strong decision-making skills and a professional demeanor.
