CALL CENTER AGENT – JOB OPENING (DOHA)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and relevant call center experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or a similar role is required.
• Must have a valid visa (family/spouse/sponsorship) – No visa sponsorship provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare, or financial services industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
• Strong typing and data entry skills.
