We are hiring a Salon Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. If you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for the beauty industry, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon.
✔ Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about beauty services.
✔ Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
✔ Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
✔ Process payments using cash registers and digital systems.
✔ Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
✔ Assist in marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional events.
Requirements:
✔ Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
✔ Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (Preferred).
✔ Location: Based in Doha, Qatar (Preferred).
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Customer service experience is an advantage.
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
