🔹 Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, responding promptly to emergency and non-emergency situations, and upholding the highest security standards in accordance with company policies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Protection & Security
- Safeguard guests, property, and staff from potential threats.
- Respond quickly to emergency and non-emergency situations in a professional and hospitable manner.
- Manage and report safety-threatening situations, including unwanted visitors, vandalism, or aggressive behavior.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols at all times.
✅ Emergency & Safety Procedures
- Implement fire evacuation procedures and ensure all staff are aware of emergency response actions.
- Ensure fire exits remain clear and that fire and safety equipment is properly maintained.
- Follow Lost & Found procedures for misplaced items.
- Provide first-response support in case of emergencies until professional help arrives.
✅ Operations & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of security incidents and report directly to the Security Supervisor.
- Attend department morning briefings and adhere to all company systems and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce access control measures to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Perform duties in compliance with legal and statutory security requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard (Required)
✔ Language: Arabic (Preferred), English is an advantage
✔ Skills:
- Strong situational awareness and quick response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations
- Understanding of fire safety and evacuation procedures
