Available Roles:
We are currently hiring for the following roles:
- Field Operations Coordinator: Oversee and manage on-ground humanitarian projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of relief efforts.
- Medical Professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics): Provide critical medical assistance to disaster-affected areas and underserved communities.
- Emergency Response Officer: Plan and execute emergency interventions, including disaster preparedness and rapid response operations.
- Program Manager: Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of development and relief programs.
- Fundraising Specialist: Develop strategies to mobilize resources for humanitarian initiatives and build partnerships with donors.
- Volunteer Coordinator: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to maximize their contributions to QRCS projects.
- Procurement and Logistics Officer: Ensure the seamless supply of goods and services to support operational requirements.
- Communications Officer: Manage public relations and outreach campaigns to highlight QRCS’s impact and engage stakeholders.
- Administrative and Support Roles: Contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization by providing critical office and operational support.
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role):
- Conduct needs assessments and identify humanitarian challenges to address.
- Develop project plans and coordinate with stakeholders for effective implementation.
- Work collaboratively with local communities, international partners, and governmental agencies.
- Monitor project outcomes and produce detailed reports to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Uphold QRCS’s mission and adhere to humanitarian principles in all activities.
Qualifications:
- Relevant academic background or professional certifications (specific to the role applied for).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar position within the humanitarian, medical, or non-profit sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in challenging environments.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software is preferred.
