The Toddler House Nursery – Ar-Rayyān
Job Summary:
A Security Guard at a preschool is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the children, staff, and premises. They help create a safe environment by monitoring access, preventing unauthorized entry. The Security Guard will also assist with general safety measures to ensure that the preschool is a secure place for young children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication:
- Communicate with preschool staff about any safety concerns or incidents that arise .
- Maintain a professional and approachable attitude when interacting with parents, children, and staff.
- Report any unusual behavior, suspicious persons, or potential security threats to the school administration.
- Safety Inspections:
- Inspect the premises for potential safety hazards, such as broken equipment or unsafe areas, and report them to management for repair.
- Ensure the school environment is free of safety hazards that could cause harm to children or staff.
- Customer Service and Support:
- Greet parents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner while ensuring that security protocols are followed.
- Help create a welcoming and safe environment for both children and parents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. S
- Experience: Experience working in security, preferably in a childcare or school environment, is desirable but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with children and parents – English or Arabic
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency or stressful situations.
- Physical stamina to patrol the premises and respond to incidents.
- Ability to follow security protocols and procedures diligently.

Working Conditions:
- Work hours 12 Hours
- Work environment may include indoor and outdoor areas of the preschool, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Some physical activity, such as standing, walking, or light lifting, may be required.
- Regular interaction with children, staff, and parents.

Pay: QAR1,200.00 – QAR1,500.00 per month
