The Role
Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor!
Ideal candidate for an Sales Advisor position possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment. They are adept at building rapport, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Appointment Setting: Schedule client visits to our office, ensuring efficient coordination and confirming appointments.
- Consultation and Closing: Conduct thorough consultations, present our services, and use effective sales techniques to achieve closure.
- Lead Generation: Actively participate in lead generation efforts through calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction post-visit, and maintain CRM records.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Stay updated on services and industry trends to provide informed advice.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare reports, coordinate logistics for client visits, and adhere to sales processes.
- Team Collaboration and Development: Work collaboratively with teams, participate in training, and continuously improve sales skills.

- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of successful sales experience, including closing deals and exceeding targets.
- Consultation and Negotiation: Ability to conduct consultations, present services clearly, and effectively close deals using various sales techniques.
- Lead Generation: Proactive in generating leads through calls, emails, and networking to expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Strong focus on client satisfaction post-visit, maintaining up-to-date CRM records, and addressing client needs.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Staying informed about ETC’s services and industry trends to offer knowledgeable advice and solutions.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in preparing reports, coordinating logistics for client visits, and adhering to sales processes.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team, participate in training programs, and continuously improve sales techniques.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Always maintaining a strong focus on the customer’s needs and satisfaction while achieving sales goals.
Ideal Profile
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling services such as EdTech, Life Insurance, Banking, etc.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Excellence Training Centre success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Skills required:
- Proven Sales Experience: Experience in selling services such as EdTech, life insurance, banking, or other similar services, demonstrating the ability to meet sales targets.
- CRM System Knowledge: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking leads, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate records.
- MS Office Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports, handling administrative tasks, and creating presentations.
- Sense of Ownership: A strong sense of responsibility for your performance and an understanding of how it contributes to the overall success of the Excellence Training Centre.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think analytically, assess situations, and solve problems effectively to overcome challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work well with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and interact professionally with clients and team members.

Compensation
Basic Salary: QR 2,000
Settling Down Allowance: QR 1,000 (for the first 3 months)
Commission: 10%, Average Salesperson: QR 5,000 to QR 8,000 per month. Top Salespeople: QR 15,000 to QR 20,000 per month (With Commissions)
Timings & Days
9 hours a day / 6 days a week
