Enterprise Risk Management Director
Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the Enterprise Risk Management department by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximise sectional performance
Lead the talent development initiatives for the assigned department, collaborating with technical/discipline experts and thereby ensure the availability of talent to fit business requirements
Manage the preparation and recommend the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.
versee the development, implementation and continuous review of SP’s enterprise risk management framework in order to ensure appropriate risk assessment, monitoring and evaluation
Oversee risk assessments and review of new and portfolio investments in line with SP’s enterprise risk management framework

International Senior Product Manager
Follow up the day-to-day operations of the International Product Management function, providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
Support the goals and objectives for the International Product Management teams of each area according to the market conditions in order to ensure the execution of the International Product Managements function’s growth strategy.
ESupport expanding existing portfolio of clients for marketing accounts by understanding their needs and continuously proposing solutions that meet Product Management strategy.
Identify any potential opportunities in the marketplace to expand SPL business as well as reduce business risks.
Create strong relationships in order to maximize marketing growth and opportunities.
Achieve the defined marketing targets quarterly in order to meet marketing annual target of SPL.
Develop strong internal cross functional relationship to serve, solve and manage International Product Management areas
Identify any potential opportunities in the marketplace to expand SPL business as well as reduce business risk.
