Security Guard Supervisor
The Security Guard Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the security staff, ensuring the safety and security of the facility, employees, visitors, and assets. The supervisor will lead, train, and evaluate security personnel, enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure that security operations run smoothly and effectively.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations. The Security Guard Supervisor will also handle incident reports, investigations, and ensure that the security team meets the required standards for performance and compliance.
Skills:
1. Leadership & Team Management:
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team of security guards to ensure effective security operations.
- Staff Training & Development: Train new security personnel on policies, procedures, and safety protocols; conduct ongoing training to improve team performance.
- Performance Management: Regularly evaluate the performance of security staff, providing feedback, guidance, and corrective action where necessary.
- Delegation & Task Management: Assign tasks to security staff based on shift schedules and operational requirements, ensuring smooth coverage and quick response times.
2. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Clear Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with security staff, management, and external parties (such as law enforcement, visitors, etc.), ensuring that instructions and updates are clearly understood.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts that may arise between staff, visitors, or other parties. Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during tense situations.
- Customer Service: Ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors, offering a welcoming yet secure environment.
3. Incident Management & Reporting:
- Incident Response: Take immediate action in the event of an emergency or security breach, coordinating with security staff and external authorities as necessary.
- Report Writing: Ensure accurate and detailed incident reports are written and submitted, documenting any security breaches, accidents, or other notable occurrences.
- Investigation Skills: Conduct investigations into incidents such as thefts, accidents, or other security-related events, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
4. Knowledge of Security Systems & Procedures:
- Security Equipment: Familiarity with security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, alarms, and other security equipment.
- Security Procedures: In-depth understanding of company security protocols, emergency procedures, and evacuation plans. Ensure these procedures are effectively communicated and followed by the team.
- Monitoring and Surveillance: Ability to monitor security systems and patrol premises to detect any suspicious activities, ensuring the safety of people and property.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure that the security team complies with all relevant local laws, company policies, and industry standards (e.g., safety protocols, health regulations).
5. Decision-Making & Problem Solving:
- Quick Decision-Making: Ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations, including when to escalate issues to higher management or law enforcement.
- Critical Thinking: Assess and evaluate security risks, formulate appropriate responses, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Crisis Management: Manage crises effectively, including responding to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or unauthorized intrusions.

Marketing Executive
Communicate with companies and customers to facilitate access to services provided by the Academy.
Train, advice and evaluate the customer services team.
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing marketing and action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives of the academy by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual marketing budget.
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; competition, supply, and demand of the academy services.
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and developing field sales action plans. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share in Qatar.
Improves the academy services marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends about the services of academy.
Skills:

- Targeted Marketing: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improve the academy’s market share.
- Advertising & Promotions: Plan, develop, and implement advertising campaigns to promote academy services and attract customers.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and gaps in the current offerings, and use this data to adjust marketing strategies.
4. Data Analysis & Market Research:
- Market Trends Analysis: Collect, analyze, and summarize data to identify trends and market opportunities that will improve the academy’s marketability and profitability.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ offerings, strengths, and weaknesses to develop competitive strategies for the academy.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing performance, sales growth, and market analysis to senior management.
5. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Business Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the academy, including setting annual sales quotas, pricing strategies, and forecasting business growth.
- Process Improvement: Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, customer service, and marketing efforts.
- Goal Achievement: Set clear, measurable goals for marketing and sales objectives and work towards achieving them consistently.
