Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Administrator (Part Time, 16 hrs per week) to join our growing team working for our FIRA brand. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business.
Responsibilities
- Administration duties including formatting, scanning, filing and emailing documents to clients
- Coordination support to help manage the businesses Membership scheme
- Daily management of the Outlook mailboxes
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices and credit notes
- Coordination support to help manage the site facilities
- Ordering various consumables
- Receptionist related duties
Skills / Qualifications
- Experience within a similar role and / or Business and Administration qualification is desirable, but not essential
- MS Office experience (TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong coordination, organisation and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Highly motivated and dedicated self-starter who can work well within a busy team
- 16 hours per week, to be worked at 4 hours per day, between Monday to Friday

Customer Support (Seasonal)

Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, IN for a 6 to 8 month assignment . This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for a group of dedicated customers. This can include answering any customer questions, recommending testing, providing reports, etc.
- Contact clients to resolve issues including but not limited to missing sample information, analysis verification, billing, etc.
- Working with Accounts Receiving to resolve payment issues as they arise
- Working with Sample Receiving to address issues with samples received
- Follow the Quality System as documented in the Quality Manual
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment; comply with all rules and responsibilities as outlined under the corporate Health and Safety Policy
Skills / Qualifications
- Educational Background:
A background in science is preferred to facilitate understanding of lab processes and customer needs. - Laboratory Experience:
Relevant experience in a laboratory setting is highly desirable to better assist clients and navigate lab operations. - Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated and organized with a flexible approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently, managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to perform well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
