Sales Representative (Automotive Rental)

Job Description

  • Greeting clients, identify their needs and providing comprehensive explanations of Mobility Business Unit (MBU) Kinto product and services for best and positive experience.
  • Sell and manage Kinto products and positively impact the entire mobility business.
  • Sales Contract: Receiving online reservation through Kinto application and walk-in individual customer, verify the documents, process contract documentation, deposit hold, and collect payment and issue receipt.
  • Vehicle delivery: Ensuring vehicles assigned to the contracts to be delivered as per the standards, in terms of conditions and cleanness and coordinate with dispatchers/driver to delivery process to clients.
  • Vehicle return after contract period: Ensure the vehicle has no violation or damage on its exterior and interior conditions and missing tools, if so the violation need to be cleared immediately, police report to be provided for any accident before handing over the vehicle in closing contract period and ensure all settlement of all outstanding payments is paid.
  • Vehicle repair and maintenance: To coordinate with renter for the maintenance schedule as per standard.
  • Traffic Violation Management: Monitoring traffic violation regularly and ensure its paid by clients.
  • Reports: Submitting accurate reports on Ad-hoc basis

Organizational Development Supervisor

Job Description

Summary:

The Organizational Development Supervisor is responsible for successfully designing, developing, and implementing organizational development programs in support of increasing the organizational effectiveness. The OD Supervisor will play a key role in defining, implementing, and evaluating the organizational development solutions that support strategies for the effective utilization of human capital, including programs covering performance management, and change management in support of business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Align organizational goals through creation and reviewing of strategic HR Policies.
  • Align organizational structures and requirements by reviewing fundamentals such as Job Descriptions and Job Designs.
  • Identify areas of performance management and coordinate with concerned departments to assess and improve these accordingly.
  • Actively help with the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives to improve organizational efficiency through reviewing of Manpower Planning.
  • Design and administration of HR policies and procedures related to (Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, Leave Administration, Transfer, Disciplinary Actions, Business Travel, Employee Loans …etc.)
  • Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to facilitate organizational change, develop critical organizational capabilities and enhance organizational performance.


  • Support business transition and culture change management by developing and implementing competency frameworks (behavioral and technical) and building competency-based HR systems accordingly.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience of which 5 needs to be within Organizational Development
  • Support business transition and culture change management by developing and implementing competency frameworks (both behavioral and technical).
  • Build competency-based HR systems to align with organizational goals.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Organizational Development.
  • Competency Framework Development: Expertise in creating and implementing competency models and frameworks.
  • Change Management: Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze organizational needs and develop effective HR solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Coaching and Training: Experience in coaching and developing training programs aligned with competency frameworks.
