Senior Network System Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Network Design and Implementation:
Develop and deploy robust networking solutions that address both current operational requirements and future business expansions, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Security Management:
Implement comprehensive security measures to protect systems from vulnerabilities and attacks. Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data through proactive security protocols. - System Management:
Install, configure, test, and maintain Windows operating systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Performance Monitoring:
Continuously monitor the performance of systems and networks. Make necessary adjustments to accommodate increased loads and integrate new software releases seamlessly. - Disaster Recovery:
Maintain and enhance security, backup, and redundancy strategies to ensure quick recovery from disruptions and to protect critical data assets.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of eight years in network and system administration, with a proven track record in managing complex network environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CCNP, and certifications related to Firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5), MCITP, VMware VCP, and RHCSA.
- Language – English
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in system and network configuration including servers, hypervisors, and network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services, file server) and cloud platforms like Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
- Skilled in Cisco IP telephony and familiar with IP protocols, web services, and application protocols.
- Experience with diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
- Managing existing and deploying new system configurations, including Windows Server, Virtualization Systems, Mobile Devices, Mobile Platforms and Desktops (Windows and MAC)
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
IT GRC Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assessing and analyzing IT systems, processes, and controls to identify areas of risk and non- compliance.
- Developing and implementing IT governance frameworks and strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Conducting risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend
- mitigation measures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT controls and security measures.
- Providing guidance and support in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and processes.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls and compliance programs.
- Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external
- regulations.
- Providing recommendations for improving IT governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT GRC.
- Training and educating staff on IT governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an IT GRC Specialist or in a similar role with minimum 8 years
- of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g.,
- COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC are preferred.
- Language – English.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Frameworks and Standards:
